and nonfiction for all ages. Black Potatoes is the winner of the ALA Sibert
Award for Best Information book, the NCTE Orbis Pictus Award for
Distinguished Nonfiction, and the SCBWI Golden Kite Nonfiction award. She
lives with her family in Moscow, PA.
