Chef Don Pintabona is one of the pioneers of "Contemporary American" Cuisine. During the past two decades, he has traveled throughout more than thirty countries and worked alongside some of the world's finest chefs, including Charles Palmer and Georges Blanc. Pintabona has been the executive chef at the Tribeca Grill in New York City since it opened in 1990. He lives in New York City with his wife and children.
