Mcginty, Alice B. (Author)


Dwight Kuhn has a degree in biology and taught school for eighteen years. His interest in photography and nature led him to be the sole photographer for 167 printed nature books for children. His work has appeared in more than 60 photo essays featured in major magazines such as: Audubon, Natural History, GEO, Smithsonian, National Geographic, National Wildlife, and Ranger Rick.

His books have won several awards including SB&F Prize for Excellence in Science Literature, Animal Behavior Society's Outstanding Children's Book Award, John Burrough's Book Award, New York Times Review, Editor's Choice, Parent's Choice Gold Award and Outstanding Science Trade Books for Children. Dwight is sharing his photographs and design skills to make eBooks for children.
