When Charlotte and Natalya read a hidden journal, they discover that many years ago there was a mysterious visitor who was connected with theft, danger, and a secret room. Afterwards, Ryan and Pepe attempt to hide from the fearsome woman in the loft. She enters and throws her rage at an antique full length mirror. She mentions a crime that was committed in the secret room. When Charlotte and the girls arrive, they decide that they need to find the secret room in order to solve the mystery, and to determine if Julia's mom has lost her mind, or if she is truly haunted.
