Our aim is rather to contribute to a better understanding and implementation of the control of plant pests, weeds and diseases. The report offers to researchers, planners, decision-makers, implementers, NGOs and aid agencies to address the disclosed problems, conclusions and recommendations analytically and critically basing on the prevailing socio-economic realities of Tanzania.
