Book Description:

A New York Times Bestseller After his nationally televised panic attack on Good Morning America, Dan Harris realized that the source of his problems was the very thing he thought was his greatest asset: the incessant voice in his head which had both propelled him forward and led to his on-air freak-out. Here Harris chronicles how, prompted by research, he took a deep dive into the world of CEOs, scientists, and marines using meditation for increased calm, focus, and happiness.
