Reeder, Stephanie Owen (Author)
Stephanie Owen is an author and illustrator based in Australia, born on August 7, 1951. She attended the University of Sydney in the early 1970s, and went on to teach English, history and languages at secondary schools. She is a former a Hansard Editor at Federal Parliament. Currently she is an author of adult and children's books. Her work includes I've Got a Feeling, creative non-fiction titles Lost! A True Tale from the Bush and Amazing Grace: An Adventure at Sea. Her latest book is Dance Like a Pirate. She won the 2016 Children's Book Council Eve Pownall Award for her children's book Lennie The Legend: Solo to Sydney by Pony.
