Anne Lindsay's Light Kitchen

Two of Lindsay's most popular titles are "The American Cancer Society Cookbook "(1988), written in consultation with Diane J. Fink, M.D., and "The Lighthearted Cookbook" (1988), published in conjunction with the Heart and Stroke Foundation. Each book contains over 200 recipes reflecting research on nutritional guidelines that can reduce the risk of developing cancer or heart disease.
