Author Biography
Davis, Richard (Author)


Richard Davis was born in 1952. He is a composer and producer if techno music from Detroit and a Veteran of the Vietnam War. He formed the group Cybotron in the early 1980's with his friend Juan Atkins. They met while they were both students at Washtenaw Community College. Davis also released music of his own under the alias 3070. As Cybotron and 3070, Davis had a lare input in the foundation of Detroit's techno music scene in the 1980s.
