 Neela Sakaria: Throughout your book DEATH IN THE AIR, you use the term "non-lethal warfare" quite frequently. Can you explain what the term means?
Dr. Leonard Horowitz: "Non-lethal warfare" refers to the most efficient and profitable manner of population control and population reduction practiced in the world today. It is also a military "method of choice" to be used this century according to chief war strategists and leading globalists. Practically speaking, the phrase refers to exposing targeted populations, including ours in America, to chemicals and biological agents. Alone or in combination with electronic weaponry these agents produce chronic illness and slow highly profitable death.
The chemicals, transmitted in various ways including contaminated food, water, air, vaccines, and/or blood supplies, wreck havoc with the human immune system. This leaves people more susceptible to opportunistic infections and chronic ailments ranging from serious respiratory conditions (such as SARS), to terminal cancers.
The biologicals, most of which have been weaponized in laboratories from earlier, less lethal, strains, also induce chronic ailments that are most costly (and profitable) to treat.
Finally, electromagnetic or energetic weapons may facilitate additional non-lethal population control options ranging from psychotronic warfare and biochemical activations to genetic expressions for disease induction and population reduction.
Ultimately, this optimal method of population control and population reduction relies heavily, if not entirely, on mainstream media propaganda. The media is, therefore, critical to non-lethal warfare operations in conditioning the public's mind to accept exposures to these threats, and often lethal actions, as beneficial to the public's health and/or "national security."
A good example used in the book Death in the Air is the spraying of toxic pesticides said to combat the West Nile Virus that, as the book documents, did not come to North America in 1999 as repeatedly told by the mainstream media. The virus came during the late 1930s from African labs to Rockefeller University in New York, not surprisingly where the first outbreak occurred.
Moreover, the media's mainstream continues to overlook the fact that the chemicals being sprayed, and drugs being prescribed for the urgency, are mainly produced by petrochemical companies largely controlled by Rockefellers. These same global industrialists, along with affiliated corporations, lead political advocacy and organizational funding for American population reduction.
Neela: Many readers may find your claims to be frightening, incredible and difficult to accept. You mention that denial is a common reaction when faced with the possibility that public leaders and officials may not have the public's well-being at heart. What would you say to readers who may be unwilling to open their minds to the theories expressed in your book?
LH: Sometimes the truth is hard to swallow. It also holds the capacity to set people free. Yet, many people are afraid to hear it, let alone tell it.
If people have no ears to hear, nor eyes to see such truth, then they run certain risks. Some say, "ignorance is bliss." Not in this age of non-lethal warfare. What you don't know can kill you today. Currently, non-lethal warfare is currently being waged on "excess," generally ignorant, populations, including ours.
More intuitive and intelligent people perceive that something may be amiss since they are not feeling as good as they know they should for their ages. American children are sicker than ever and increasingly dying of man-made plagues. Rep. Dan Burton's congressional investigating committee is meeting this month to examine proven links between polio vaccines knowingly contaminated from the mid-1950s through the 1990s with monkey viruses proven by 1963 to cause cancer. New diseases are inexplicably arising, like SARS. Family and friends are increasingly developing the ailments about which I write.
But without all the facts with which to make an accurate diagnosis, that is "seeing through" to the root of the problem, effective treatments cannot be developed. Without correct knowledge of the challenges we face, you can't negotiate avoidable risk, or solve preventable problems. In this way, the truth can be literally lifesaving besides freeing. People who choose ignorance over education can expect to get more than their feathers ruffled.
For the disbelievers I reprinted the most incriminating documents, including U.S. Government contracts, to attest to these facts and support my thesis. So that even disbelievers might be freed from their lethal deceptions, and that I might continued to earn the growing respect that I have developed over the years as a legitimate researcher and successful author.
Neela: Without giving away too much to our readers, can you briefly outline the connection that the Rockefeller family has had over the years, to public health in the United States and globally?
LH: A vitally important question. American public health, from its inception, has been largely, if not completely, controlled by this extraordinary wealthy and powerful family. For instance, by 1928, according to historic records, John D. Rockefeller provided the Rockefeller Institute for Medical Research $65 million in endowment funds compared to only $2.8 million in federal funding budgeted a decade later for the entire U.S. Public Health Service. The first genetic research laboratories were established as early as 1902 at Rockefeller University. The international blood banking and cancer industries, too, were virtually pioneered on behalf of Rockefeller family interests.
Initially, the Rockefeller family was funded through J.P. Morgan under proprietary agreements made with the powerful Rothschild family of Europe-bankers and money managers for the royalty of Germany, France, and Britain. The resulting American business and banking conglomerate invested significant fortunes in establishing the most esteemed medical councils, public health organizations, and research institutions that directed the evolution of American public health, modern medicine, and even now the World Health Organization.
Most people fail to learn that global banking and healthcare interests go hand in hand with these families. Case in point-World Health Organization and World Bank funding for AIDS relief in developing nations largely depends on the nations' compliance with population control and vaccination directives allegedly issued for humanitarian reasons. Smaller populations are simply easier to control. Besides cancers, vaccinations have now been definitively determined to have triggered the AIDS pandemic and spread, along with contaminated blood products, HIV internationally. Most chilling is the fact that the Rockefeller Foundation and Merck Fund are among the top ten contributors to global depopulation initiatives and organizations.
Neela: Knowing that you were uncovering some highly controversial topics, were there any difficult decisions you had to make when writing this and/or your previous books? Were there any subjects you left out of the discussion or any careful steps you took when defending your claims?
LH: Retired Colonial Jack Kingston, formerly with the Joint Chiefs of Staff at the Pentagon, and Chairman of the National Security Advisory Board, answers this question in a "critical analysis" he wrote concerning my national bestselling book, Emerging Viruses: AIDS & Ebola-Nature, Accident or Intentional? (See publisher's website: www.tetrahedron.org) "It is exceptionally noteworthy," he reported, "that Len Horowitz does not force his readers to accept or conclude what the overwhelming evidence he has amassed clearly indicates. He wisely knows what he can prove, what he can disprove, and what he should leave to the reader's wisdom. In my estimation he has unearthed a covert operation run amok, that is bigger than any secret operation in U.S. history, and more momentous in its implications to humanity that the atomic weapons "Manhattan Project" of World War II."
Obviously, if you had uncovered what I did, and desired to share these facts with the public-mostly composed of largely brain-washed, mind-controlled slaves of powerful global propagandists and decision-makers who wield their weapons of war and mass destruction, including lethal medicines and vaccinations, then, wisely, you would not risk going out on a limb.
In essence, I withheld a few facts, theories, and judgments that I felt, as a respected researcher, I could not adequately document or justify.
Neela: In the book, you discuss the significance of the book's cover art, a painting by Leo Tanguma. What made you choose this particular painting? Can you elaborate on that and also discuss the idea of eugenics and its role in public health policy?
LH: The cover art, and sixteen page color gallery of related works, many done by artist Edward Keinholz and published by the Whitney Museum, tells the whole Death in the Air story. Each piece of "art" tells far more than a thousand words bearing on our current predicament. I have told many people that these color prints and legends alone are worth far more than the price of the book. Nearly half of the people who review these sixteen pages of so-called "art" have tears well-up in their eyes. They cry for the truth depicted which explains the ongoing global genocide that they know in their hearts is happening.
The cover depicts a Nazi-gas-masked-alien sticking the dove of peace-a Christian symbol-with a Muslim saber. His backdrop projects the horrific images of genocide particularly affecting Black and Hispanic populations. Jews are targeted for death on a nearby mural as are American natives.
The Nazi alien symbolizes the Nazi-fascist links between contemporary population controllers and the military-medical-petrochemical-pharmaceutical cartel largely accountable for Hitler's rise to power. Elite global industrialists, including the Rockefeller family in America and the Royal Family of England, were primarily responsible for what was, in Hitler's day, called "eugenics." It was a political movement based on Darwin's theory of "evolution of the fittest," and alleged genetic science pioneered in Rockefeller University labs. This is how the first "racial hygiene" experiments began in America targeting Black and mentally retarded people prior to World War II and the holocaust. The Nazi death camps were later operated by Rockefeller partner and Bayer (aspirin) corporation president Hermann Schmitz.
The Nazi-alien's sword swatch produces a lingering beautiful rainbow of air pollution, falling over dying populations-symbolic of both chemtrails and a full spectrum of energy capabilities consistent with the government's space-based weapons and terrestrial weather control systems described in the book.
The development and use of chemical sprays and nerve gasses for "pest control" and chemical warfare, likewise, evolved largely from the twentieth century efforts of Germany's leading industrial organization: the Bayer-I.G. Farben-Rockefeller petrochemical cartel.
The "alien phenomenon," as described in quoted Masonic documents, helps establish a globalist agenda to enroll people around the world in a war against a contrived common threat. This, along with ongoing worsening environmental pollution, according to population planners, helps fuel global economics and distracts the remaining medically dependant populace from identifying the real earthly enemies.
Regarding the impact of the original "eugenics" movement on contemporary public health policies, simply put, the Tuskeegee syphilis study conducted by federal health officials who watched the demise of hundreds of Black men and co-infected women and children for which President Clinton ultimately apologized is simply the tip of the iceberg. Ample evidence referenced in Death in the AIR strongly links veteran population controllers to many other modern public health programs, including water fluoridation and toxic water "purification" methods, deadly pesticide spraying campaigns heavily targeting elderly and ethnic groups; "maternal and child health" programs here and abroad, and "family planning" activities. Here, for instance, infant formulas and birth control devices undermine neonatal development and the health of women and children. This genocide is politely called "population management" in public health policy circles.
Neela: For our readers, can you explain your reaction to and your role in the recent anthrax mystery?
LH: Remember the FBI offered a $1 million reward to anyone offering sound evidence leading to the capture of the anthrax mailing culprit(s)? I became the first person in the world to offer them viable evidence when I marched into my local FBI headquarters to warn them about an impending anthrax operation one week before the first anthrax mailing was announced by the press. I accurately diagnosed and foretold the unfolding covert operation because of the information in Death in the Air, which I personally presented to FBI officials on October 2, 2001. The intelligence therein concerning CIPRO's maker, Bayer Corporation, their dirty dealings with the Rockefellers during the holocaust, and lawsuit settlement following their deployment of the AIDS virus in contaminated blood products, and subsequent research, led me to certain CIA suspects-operatives in "Project Jefferson," and the anthrax weapons project called "Clearvision." This was largely administered by the Battelle Memorial Institute and directed by affiliated military-pharmaceutical contractors including anthrax weapons experts William Patrick III, and the Russian defector turned CIA agent/propagandist Kanatjan Alibekov (alias, "Ken Alibek"). These, along with their affiliated corporations were clearly the leading suspects in the massive fright (i.e., bioterrorism), corporate fraud, industrial sabotage, and serial homicide. My entire thesis correctly linked Bush administration officials to the sole anthrax vaccine maker, Bioport, substantially owned by Britain's oligarchy and directed by Saudi businessman Fuad El-Hibri-a close friend of the bin Laden family, and a previous merger and acquisitions manager for the Rockefeller-linked Citigroup in New York-all with corporate ties to the Carlyle Management Group. This is America's 11th leading defense contractor. It is largely directed by past CIA director Frank Carlucci, James Baker III, George H.W. Bush, and former British Prime Minister John Major. Moreover, according to the Associated Press, Past President Bush acts as a business agent for the Carlyle Group and wealthy Saudi families including the bin Ladens. As a result of my politically incorrect disclosures, and repeated unsuccessful attempts to get the FBI to investigate these suspects, I was ultimately investigated, six months later, by federal agents, not as a reputable intelligence source, but as a suspect in the anthrax mailings!
Neela: What advice do you have for the public? What can people do in order to seek out the "truth" and weed through possibly tainted messages from the media and politicians?
LH: I encourage people to become fearless activists in their efforts to seek and tell the bigger, politically incorrect, truths. Individuals can gain proper political perspectives and more of the "truth" by avoiding mainstream news providers and seeking alternative information sources across the political spectrum over the Internet. I do this in my research. I begin, as do most scientists, with simple observations regarding political events, alleged causes, and observed effects. My special interest lies in the political and medical domains. I pay particular attention to fear campaigns and their economic beneficiaries. I know that fear, or threats of pain and loss, is always used to persuade voters and consumers to act in accordance with predetermined and profitable corporate or institutional agendas. I "follow the money," and I recommend people understand Machievellian theory, the profitability of managed chaos, and the "problem-reaction-solution" method of population control. Once you have learned these basics, you are better equipped to distinguish whole truths from lies, or partial truths that are as destructive as total lies.
Neela: Is there anything else you would like to share with our readers?
LH: I greatly appreciate this opportunity to alert more people concerning the risks I've articulated. I would also like the public to know that due to the urgency of these matters, we have done several things to help disseminate this intelligence. For one, we lifted the copyright on the book so that people can liberally photocopy and distribute portions of it containing government documents and expert testimonies that can be effectively used to stop public health officials from deploying toxic pesticides for the West Nile Virus. Additionally, we donated about 1,000 books to public libraries and legislators who requested review copies because many pending state and federal laws directly relate to the contents of this important and timely work. Finally, people should know that this title, Death in the Air: Globalism, Terrorism and Toxic Warfare, was published three months before the 9-11 attacks on the World Trade Center and Pentagon. At that time, very few people seriously considered this urgent topic. For this reason, the book has been heralded as prophetic and monumental. I hope, with the public's help, it will be increasingly life-saving.
